“Oh my goodness, the light, the light. It is so beautiful.”
I’m on my ritual blissful walk in the Trinity Alps to Bowerman’s Barn. Light is just emanating from the shimmering green green moss on tree branches.
Is this mania?
“That’s your saboteur,” says my life coach (herein called LC). “When it rears its dampening head, take a breath, find a movement to get back to that joyful place.”
How’s this?” I spread my arms like the tree and imagine the glistening moss.
“How about you do that every time you go through a doorway,” says the LC.
“You mean at every doorway I go through at The Marsh? That’s like so OCD!”
“Hey,” says my inner LC, “assume tree branch position.”
Ahhhh. We hear, we watch, so many stories at The Marsh.
We might be opened, healed, become more empathetic, educated and aware of our own and others’ struggles and ENJOY!
