As the summer days wane, we have some fabulous hellos ‘a comin’ and some goodbyes going out with a blast!

First adieu. There’s still a few tickets let for Saturday’s final performance of Dan Hoyle’s EACH AND EVERY THING. It’s a benefit for The Marsh! There will be truffles! First ciao. Piper is back with COPS AND ROBBERS. Hooray!!! What a show! What a show! If you haven’t seen it or need to see it again, it’s one of the most important shows about the seminal social issue of our day. And Alameda County Sheriff nee rap star, The Piper, is incredible.

P.S Best new restaurant! On a neighborhood note, did you see that Al’s Place on 26th and Valencia just got named best new restaurant in the country by Bon Apetit!  Wow. It’s been there months  and I never knew about it. Just two blocks away. Now, I bet it’s too late to ever get in. Pooey! Now what we need is a magazine that will call us the best in the country, too. Don’t you think? Ciao!
