Laughter is Good Medicine – January 5, 2017

Dear Marshians,

Welcome to 2017.

I think it’s going to be a year that needs activism and belly laughs.

Two things The Marsh supports in abundance.

3 Examples:

Have you seen Al Letson play his girl student in SUMMER IN SANCTUARY? Activism and belly laughs at its best. (This just in: Summer in Sanctuary is this week’s Theatre Bay Area Recommended Production!)

And to watch Don Reed in EAST 14TH deal with his buttered hair in a park. Ditto.

And then there’s Unique Derique, Mr. Hilarious Clown/Entertainer in FOOL LA LA. A joy to witness, for the kids and our own kid within.

Please note: We are thrilled to have Derique extend just 3 Saturdays. To celebrate, we are offering 2 FREE tickets to the first five people to use the passcode “fools” for this Saturday (1/7) only! Head here to redeem.

So join The Marsh in laughter. What is better than a big deep belly laugh? And at the same time, join us in supporting activism through story.

Speaking of support. My goodness we had a wonderful, unprecedented end-of-year donations. Thank you, THANK YOU dear Marshians!!

Next week. What’s a coming for 2017.

Happy New Year.
