“With Adam Strauss and The Mushroom Cure, The Marsh has once again produced a miracle of a show and one that is a must-see.” — Theatre Eddy’s
The Mushroom Cure has opened. It was such a lovely opening night. So filled with you all. Thank you. The reviews are coming out and they are stellar!
This quote warmed my soul! And not only in a self-satisfied way, but it made me think about the miracle of the shows we currently have on our stages and all that goes into them. The performers, the life story that inspires the performance, the work, the “ensemble” of director, tech, The Marsh’s role.
Look at out current show roster! These are ALL some of my most favorite performances ever and they are on our stages now!
Al Letson only has 4 more shows until his SUMMER IN SANCTUARY run ends in Berkeley.
Ann Randolph is back in SF for a limited time with two shows! Hector, our new tech director, for the first time seeing Ann perform, had one word, “awestruck.” LOVELAND was voted best solo in both SF and LA. INAPPROPRIATE expands the form.
Don Reed. EAST 14th. This year’s “Outstanding Solo Play” has transferred to Berkeley.
Ann and Don have something in common. They both feel their shows are newly inspired. They have reached new heights.
Speaking of common. Don Reed will be doing a post-performance talkback with Adam Strauss next Wednesday, May 24. Here’s why:
Thank you all too for being with us for our shows. The tree does not fall the same way in the forest or the marsh if there is no audience 🙂
Have a LOVING week.
