Grandma’s Million Dollar Scheme
Written and Performed by Koorosh Ostowari
Directed by David Ford
Sausalito, California, USA
“Grandma’s Million Dollar Scheme” is based on a mostly true story, with a few fictional moments to tell a story about Race, Class, Greed, and our criminal justice system with so many loopholes for white collar criminals who actually never end up doing time. I draw from my interactions with my Students at the local jail, and my experience as a spiritual teacher there, as well as my own journey as a “Get Rich Quick ” Real Estate guy in my late 20’s in San Francisco.
