Artist Biographies

CJ de Mooi (performer) has many diverse credits including plays and musicals in London’s west end. He has even appeared in drag at the famous Edinburgh Festival.

He spent 11 years as a professional quizzer on the daily BBC television show Eggheads but left to pursue his performing dream. A chess master and, for his age, an international level long distance runner, CJ clearly cannot keep still and loves traveling to experience new cultures.

David Hendon (playwright) is an accomplished playwright with his pieces Eyes to the Wind and Home Time vored runners up in the Kenneth Branagh New Writing Award of 2016 and 2017 respectively. He was commissioned to write a play, Sign of the Times, for the 2017 Edinburgh fringe and Banana Crabtree Simon will make its debut there in 2022.
