Student Programs

Student Discounts
We offer individual $10 tickets for students
Teachers who would like to offer tickets to their classes, please contact us at outreach@themarsh.org and we can offer a $6 ticket.
Any student may purchase a $10 ticket online, or in person, using the code “student,” and presenting valid ID. We recommend purchasing online tickets in advance in case the shows sell out.
Group Discounts
Contact us at outreach@themarsh.org if you would like to bring a student group to one of our scheduled performances. This can include a special post performance Q&A with the performer/or talkback guest.
School Performances
Contact us at outreach@themarsh.org if you would like to book one of our performances at your school or community center.

Your Own Solo Performance

Taught by David Ford, who has been called the “Maestro” of Solo Performance, David’s Creating and Performing Your Own Work workshops support you in developing your own solo performance.

Whether you are just starting out or are a more seasoned performer, you can take one of our year-round live classes at The Marsh San Francisco or The Marsh Berkeley or participate in our online classes. All classes culminate in a workshop performance either live at The Marsh SF or Berkeley or on MarshStream for our online classes.

Marsh Youth Theater Youth Programming

Marsh Youth Theater’s teaching artists provide afterschool and summer camps for the SFUSD public schools both at the schools and onsite at The Marsh SF. For more information please go to MYT Classes here.

For Teens

Our annual Voices of Youth workshop that culminates in a performance festival is open to all teens locally and internationally. A hybrid program, teens meet at The Marsh SF or can zoom in. Click HERE for more info.
